Practice Nurse (full time preferred but negotiable)
Wombwell Medical Centre is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Registered Nurse to join the team as a Practice Nurse. You will join an established and supportive team of 2 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 3 Practice nurses, Physician Associate, HCAs and Phlebotomists, Clinical Pharmacist, Admin and Receptionist and Community Services.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the existing Practice Nurse team.
The role will involve all aspect of patient care including acute and chronic disease management.
