Job summary The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the practice management team in all aspects of practice management, Health and safety, premises, CQC compliance, GDPR governance and delivering key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas. Interview date: Tuesday 18th April 2023 Main duties of the job Candidates will be conscientious and have proven management experience as well as excellent interpersonal skills and good IT skills. Effective communication skills at all levels are essential for this position. The candidate will need to have a flexible working approach and have the ability to work with a wide range of professionals, people, and patients. You will be the administration lead for patient complaints and supporting the Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager. Job responsibilities To support the practice management team in all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency, and overall performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. The practice management officer will focus on the day-to-day operability of the practice, championing Quality, Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and promoting a positive working environment. Responsible for supporting the Assistant Practice Manager with the clinical staff rotas, complaint handling lead and other administrative duties.
